I hate reading books.

I remember I could hardly complete a series of LadyBird book series during my childhood time. I just hate it. And it has developed into an habit where I hate reading. That is why I don't excel in my academic. My goals are simple. Pass without handing up my assignment. See, to pass a subject is easy. To pass a subject without handing up your assignment is just like a bet. Its exciting. Its challenging. And worst come to worst if the management ever find out, I will hand it my assignment. (IF they found out la).

I never shown any interest in staying up in a bookstore browsing through their wonderful archive. I noticed, there is a best selling corner, top stories corner and etc. All these stuff will never win my interest.

I'm a bit worried sometimes. Reading actually is good. It serves as a 'food' to our brain. Imagine if your body stops eating, obviously you health will deteriorate. Same applies to our brain. We have to constantly feed it with knowledge and information. Like I said, I used to worried, how will my children respond if they found out their own dad does not read book and expect them to score well? or worst, no girls will even like me once they found out my habit.

But then again, my worried ease when I found out my interest. It may sounds contradicting with my point but seriously, its not. I cant deny the fact that I HATE READING ANY BOOKS, but I'm avid for the latest information on the Internet or magazine. Anything that are printed and labeled as 'books', I hate them. But newsletter, newspaper, magazine, Internet are so awesome. In other words, I like reading as long it doesnt come in book form.

Its normal to hear this when you bumped into an old friend on the street saying,:

"ahh, study so much for what? no point also."

I'm not trying to be exclusive. But seriously, it makes a huge difference. The quality of the conversation you having with those without qualifications are just rubbish, most of the time. Imagine the assignment WE done, the due date WE experience, the final test where WE all fear, this are all trial that shapes us into a better person. And out of a sudden, someone tells you that there is no point gaining all that experience. What a joke.

The reason why I like reading news is simple. It makes me feel like I'm updated. And I read it from several sources. Therefore, I can create a healthy judgement. And able to think with my both brains. 'People' like to read what they like and say what they feel like saying. Therefore, any judgement will be bias if one would have heard from these kind of 'people'.

Especially males, we must read as must as possible to increase our knowlegde. Who knows in the future, your wife could be representing school for debating when she was young! So yeah, just in case. :P

I hate reading books, the design, the fonts are printed and basically everything about it as long as one labelled it as a book!
