I waited quite some time, until the my name was called. I'm good in creating conversation with stranger. Its a skill I think I inherited from my dad, or self learned. I look at my file, and i saw the doctor's name. As soon as I walked through the door, I greeted her with her name, and she was quite surprise that I know her name thinking that I'm her ex-patient or whatsoever.
From there onwards, the situation werent so tense. I hated much where situation where you dont know each other. I always seek for a relationship from the other party. Therefore, Not only I'll be your patient, but also your friend. :)
This is how the situation like.
Doctor: Your medical results proven that your health are in good state. However....
Me: Tell me the worst, I'm prepared.
Doctor: Your BMI (body mass index) is a bit off the scale. Your fat level is high. Therefore, You should watch your diet.
Me: I knew it, cause I quit exercising.
Doctor: I see, oh yea, the worst is yet to come.
Me: I'm listening.
Doctor: According to the report, there are no readings for xxx and aaa.
Me: No reading? meaning is good or bad?
Doctor: Normally, the reading should fall within a level of between a number. If it exceeded, means bad. If lesser, means bad too. The best is fall within the means.
Me: So what do mean by no readings?
Doctor: I'm afraid this is where your cells are having evolution process and might turn you into something dangerous. Like a mutant. Do you watch X-men?
Me: Yup. Holy shit if this is real. How can I prevent it?
Doctor: Dont worry my friend, I will give you two injection. A and C. But do you have money to pay?
Me: Yes. Just do what is necessary to cure it. (see how realistic the world is)
Doctor: Ahh. We will do whatever it takes to save you my friend. (cause I said I have money?) So, Injection A is for stopping your cell from evolution. So this is very important. While Injection C is for your body immune system. In case you're in contact with person with such virus, then you will not be affected. You will need 3 doses. So come back for the other two.
Me: Okay. Just do what it takes. Even there is a need for me to be hospitalize, I will, cause health is my concern. And I have insurance. So forget about the money concern.
