Say Yes to problems!

Just this evening, I have an appointment with my friend. Manage to close a deal with her. Was so excited and happy about it. Went with dinner with my close buddies later.

While having dinner, She (the friend that bought insurance from me) request me to hold on and dont summit her case yet. Because her dad told her that her uncle have difficulties in making claims.

Sadly, in insurance industry, when such unfortunate event occur, theres only two thing we can concur. First, The agent never explain all the fine details to the customer, or there is a fraud.

Cut the whole story short, I felt a little bit of disappointment but I felt even more happy and excited after that. Because I will have a chance to approach his uncle (the one that accused being cheated) and study the case! I have something to LEARN!!!

Who doesnt hate problems? but problems and mistake are the ones that made us learn! So when a problem arise, it depending on how an individual views it. And that view determine that person's growth. If one view it as troublesome, then forever one will never grow. That is why I said, 改变会带来成长 (Changes will bring growth), 不是成长会带来改. (Not growth will bring changes).
